This is 30 days of digging deep into discipline to achieve your goals. Participants commit to strength and functional focused workouts every day for 30 days.
Each day:
Move your body for at least 45 minutes via the provided 30 day workout program.
Follow the nutrition plan that aligns with your goals
Hydrate intentionally
Take time for 10 minutes of nervous system care
This could include:
• Walking outdoors
• Stretching or mobility
• Breathwork or meditation
• Journaling
Consistency — not perfection — is the goal.

What this is NOT.
This is NOT a restrictive diet guide, this challenge focuses on intentional nourishment.
Participants will receive a meal planning framework with food lists and guidance for several dietary approaches:
